Sunday, November 26th, an accident on the highway between Parker and Havasu took the life of Air Force Airman 1st Class Ruben Magdaleno. Ruben, known to his friends and family as JR, is the first of three sons to Parker campus Pastor and Johanna Magdaleno. JR’s mother, Johanna, and wife, Lexi, sustained serious injuries that required them to be flown to hospitals in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
We, as a church community, mourn the loss of JR but know from his declaration of faith as well as the life he lived that he is with our Father in heaven.
Pastors on our staff have organized online campaigns to raise money to support the families with medical costs and to assist in the recovery.
